Massica was born in France in 1980.
At first in love with words, she developed an interest in photography only later in life. It was after the birth of her nephew that she began to take her first photographs, making him her main subject, animated by the desire to make memories as proof of love.
Her relation to the passing of time then leads her to photograph anonymous people, in order to preserve, modestly, traces of a population at a given time.
Self-taught, she places more importance on the human than on the technical aspect of photography.
In the street, she lets herself be carried away by the idea of serendipity.
